Nature Made Hair, Skin, and Nails Gummies Review

About 5 months after my first baby was born, I lost a lot of hair due to postpartum hormonal shifts. I decided I was going to fight the hair loss in a new way after my second baby was born, so I went out to grab some Nature Made Hair, Skin, and Nails gummies, ate 2 a day with breakfast, and watched what happened.

Hair growth from January 28th to February 29th (yeay leap day!)

The first photo was taken on January 28th, and the second was taken February 29th. I have still lost some hair, but not nearly as much as I did after my first pregnancy, and my hair is growing insanely fast! So fast that I am getting roots below my highlights that I got done the day I started this experiment.

I measured my growth from my roots below my highlights that were right to my scalp when on January 28th, and my hair has grown a tad over a full inch in only one month.

If you google the average growth of hair, its half an inch a month, which means my hair has grown twice as fast as average, and in such a short amount of time, I have to think these dummies started working as soon as I ate them on day one!

In short, these things WORK! And they taste good too, who doesn’t like gummies? I had no bad side effects. I highly recommend these. I didn’t take any pictures of my skin, because I changed a couple of products on my face this month and thought there were too many variables to give a fair review on skin.

If you are looking for an easy way to double the rate of your hair growth, this is a great option.
